Terms and Conditions for Web Forms and Communications

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the forms available on LSQA’s websites and the processing of the data that the user enters when completing them.
By checking "I accept the Terms and Conditions" and submitting a form, you declare that you have read and accept what is stated herein.
1. Scope These Terms apply to contact forms, material download/requests (e.g., brochures), evaluations, training registrations, commercial inquiries, expressions of interest, and any other similar form operated by LSQA on its digital properties.
2. Data we may collect Depending on the form, LSQA may collect some or all of the following: - Identification and contact: first name, last name, email address, phone number. - Organizational data: company, position/role, country, industry or other related information. - Messages and content: queries, comments, responses to evaluations, and other information you voluntarily submit. - Basic technical data: submission date/time, route/page from which the form was sent, and minimal technical data necessary to operate the service.
You agree to provide truthful information and not to include unnecessary sensitive data (for example, medical information or personal data of third parties) in open fields such as "message".
3. Purposes of data use LSQA will use the data provided for the following purposes: 1) To respond to your request and provide the requested information or service. 2) To manage the commercial or institutional relationship. 3) To send communications related to LSQA, including news, event invitations, content, updates, and newsletters, when applicable. 4) To improve our services and user experience through internal analyses and aggregated metrics. 5) To comply with legal and security obligations, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of our systems.
4. Contact database and communications (newsletter) By submitting a form, LSQA may contact you to respond to your request and manage the related commercial or institutional relationship.
Where informational or promotional communications apply (news, event invitations, content, updates, newsletters), LSQA will do so under the applicable legal basis, including consent where required. You may unsubscribe and/or withdraw your consent at any time using the "unsubscribe" link included in our communications or through LSQA’s official contact channels.
5. We do not share or sell your data LSQA does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, nor does it share your data with third parties for advertising or third-party marketing purposes. We may use service providers (processors) necessary to operate the site and manage communications, who process data only under LSQA’s instructions and with reasonable security measures.

10. User responsibility You agree not to use the forms for illegal, offensive, or fraudulent activities, not to send malicious content or impersonate identities, and not to send personal data of third parties without authorization. LSQA may block requests that show signs of abuse.
11. Minors The forms are not intended for minors. If you are a minor, do not submit personal data through these forms.
12. Applicable law LSQA will process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including Uruguay’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 18,331 and its regulations (Decree 414/009). Where applicable due to the user’s place of residence or the scope of the service, other data protection laws may apply (for example, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR)).
13. Changes to these Terms LSQA may update these Terms to reflect changes in processes, services, or regulations. The current version will be available on the site with the date of last update. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated version.
